The Church Treasurer
is Diane Newcomb. The committee meets approximately every 3 months
to manage the budget adopted by the Church Council, manage the
various funds of the church, and develop a budget for submission
to the Church Council for approval.
The 2008 budget was set at $238,833, an increase of 2.7 percent over the 2007 budget. This increase is primarily due to increased costs of fuel, electricity, pension, health care, and insurance.
In addition to the operating budget, St. Paul’s Church Finance Committee manages the Capital Improvement Account.
The Helping
Hands fund is a community outreach program to assist those in
need in our community. In addition to the cash expenditures,
St. Paul’s collects groceries for a food pantry to dispense
to the needy.
