
Mission:
To promote the Health and Wholeness of congregation through
health Education, provision of basic health screening activities,
and referral to appropriate community resources. The Team strives
to strengthen the capacity of the congregation to care for
each other in the context of their faith system.
Need help paying for prescriptions?
Dorchester County has joined the National Association of Counties to provide a card that saves an average of 20 percent on your prescription medicine. No enrollment form, no membership fee, no restrictions, and the card can be used any time your prescription is not covered by insurance. To get a card, you can call the church office (410-228-1424) or leave a message with your name and how to reach you in the Health Ministries mailbox at church.

- Visits with prayer and communion to homebound persons and nursing home residents
